Corotek Nordic Butyl 335 monocomponent polyisobutylene

One-component polyisobutylene, solvent-free and non-reactive primary sealant. Suitable for air and gas filled double glazing and triple insulated glazing applications, residential and commercial projects.

Insulating materials

Corotek Nordic Ceramic Fiber

An insulating material used at temperatures between 750°C and 1430°C, thermal insulation is required, consisting of (shearing technology) long, flexible and combined woven fibers. Ceramic fiber is essentially composed of three elements; silica, alumina and zirconia and is a thermal insulation material for high temperatures. Corotek Nordic Ceramic Fiber blanket is used in industrial furnace insulation, boiler, pipe and chimney insulation, and is also used in all technical insulations that require high temperatures.

Corotek Nordic Diamond Plus

The top layer coating performs not only a waterproofing function, but also protects against the effects of sunlight. The coating is made by coating a reinforced polyester fiber base on both sides with a binder of SBS polymer-modified bitumen.

Corotek Nordic Diamond Premium

Bituminous melt-bonded roll coating is intended for installing the top layers of roofing. It is a component of the roofing and can under no circumstances be laid in a single layer. This coating protects against sunlight and also performs a waterproofing function.

Bituminous melt-bonded roll coating is used for installing the lower layers of roofing and waterproofing of building structures. The coating is made by coating a reinforced polyester fiber base on both sides with a binder made of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) polymer-modified bitumen. The material is covered from the bottom with a protective layer - a polymer film, and from the top - with fine-grained sprinkle (quartz sand). (Turkey)

Bitumen coating is made by coating a reinforced polyester fiber base with a binder of SBS polymer-modified bitumen on both sides and is used for installing the lower layers of roofing and waterproofing of building structures. The material is covered from the bottom with a protective layer - a polymer film, and from the top - with fine-grained sprinkle (quartz sand). (Turkey) This melt-on-roll coating of the lower layer performs a waterproofing function, but does not protect against sunlight and cannot be used as the final finishing layer of the roofing. On these materials, it is always necessary to lay a top layer with coarse-grained slate sprinkle.

The material is covered from below with a protective layer - a polymer film, and from above - with coarse-grained mineral aggregate (slate).
