Corotek Nordic Ceramic Fiber is an insulating material used at temperatures between 750°C and 1430°C, where thermal insulation is required, consisting of (shear technology) long, flexible and combined woven fibers. Ceramic fiber is essentially composed of three elements; silica, alumina and zirconia and is a thermal insulation material for high temperatures. Corotek Nordic Ceramic Fiber blanket is used in industrial furnace insulation, boiler, pipe and chimney insulation, and is also used in all technical insulation that requires high temperatures. Corotek Nordic Ceramic Fiber is not affected by chemicals (except phosphoric and hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis such as Na2O, K2O). After wetting and drying, its thermal and characteristic properties remain the same, and its thermal insulation properties remain the same.
